INTRODUCTION My most recent educational experience is at London Metropolitan University studying Business and Management. I am completing full education in English in UK. My experience in this university was great and I developed my knowledge about the business and management. My motivation or gaols is to attain higher growth and success. My attendance was 100% in this university I improved my different types of skills while studding at London Metropolitan University about the business and management. These skills are time management, presentation, decision making, analytical skill, communication skill etc. All these are useful skills for me that helps in development of success in business. By using these skills, I can easily complete tasks provided by company within given time and in effective manner. This turn to helps me in my personal as well as professional growth. This university provided admission to the students who belongs with different cultures and backgrounds. I also experienced about the importance of differentculturesandbackgroundintheuniversity.MylearningexperienceatLondon Metropolitan University was enjoyable. This helped me in my education and also supported me in completion of my course successfully. Apart from this, I faced some challenges while studyingatLondonMetropolitanUniversity.Thesechallengesarerelatedwiththe accommodations, finance, careers and employment, illness etc. All these are major challenges that impacted on my study atLondon Metropolitan University. Despite of these challenges, I enjoyed in studding at that university. There are different activities that were given by me such as feedbacks from classmates, leadership activities etc. Along with this, my past learning experienced influenced my view on learning which is studying another course at that university. LEARNING THEORY ANALYSIS I learned about the different theories in the class. These theories are Honey & Mumford, Information Processing theory, Experiential learning by David Kolb etc. These theories helped me during my course and also supported me in my learning (Bates, 2019). Honey & Mumford theoryidentifyfourdistinctpreferencesorstylestheanindividualusewhilelearning. Information Processing theory is an effective approach that is based on the thought that human process the message they receive,, rather than simply responding to stimuli. Experiential learning theory involves learning from experience. Therefore all these are effective theories of learning but according to my, Honey & Mumford theory was more effective. According to the Dolnicar,
attendance is important within an university. This helped in gaining of better knowledge about the course in systematic and effective manner. Therefore, I also learned that attendance is essential for me in learning about the course. SELF-ANALYSIS Honey and Mumford providing different approaches of learning. These are helpful in identification of the styles posses by everyone. This is based on the concept of identifying respective learning styles and attributes so effective plan can be made for further development. The four different approaches of learning according to this author includes Activist, Theorist, Pragmatist and Reflector. The same is used by me for self analysis in identification of own learning style (Bontchev and et. al., 2018). Activistarethosewhowanttolearnbydoingoracceptingchallengesofnew experiences. The activities generally covered under this includes puzzles, role play, problem solving and brainstorming. In context of me, I have this kind of learning style because I always want to learn something new by taking different challenging experiences (Lavoie and et. al., 2018). I found that this help me to grab information more effectively and collectively in respect to all determinants. Theorist are those who want to learn with the aid of theories and enjoy models. I am not good in same because I always lack in their effective application. Pragmatist are those who seeks to learn new things when they able apply the same to real world. I also always having same feeling before learning of the any new concept. Reflector are those who learn from others observations and feedbacks. I am not good in same because not able to taking the same in positive manner (RodrÃguez Cepeda, 2018). According to the Dolnicar, I am the self confident attender who want to learn new and apply the same to real world. CONCLUSION There are basically two weakness identified by me through Honey & Mumford learning style. These are difficulties in applying theories and lack of learning from observation and feedbacks for another. Both are major weakness that impacts on my performance while learning about the course. In order to overcome these weakness, there are some ways that explained as below:
