INTRODUCTION
On the basis of current market situation, every business is mainly focused on their
employees because employees are the assets for the company and provide most possible
outcomes. Company needs the take care about all the activities of the employees so that they can
perform their work without any pressure and burden. It is necessary for each and every firm to
motivate their employees who can helpful to reduce the stress level and employees can work
effectively in obtains the business objectives (Chua and Ayoko, 2019). Company can motivate
their employees in various ways like provide them various benefits, compensation, flexible
working hour, paid leaves and promotions. Company can also provide rewards and appreciation
to motivate employees so that they can effectively participate in the growth of the firm. For this
report, Morrison’s company will be considered which is popular British multinational firm that
operating various supermarkets & stores all around the world. This firm established in 1899 by
the William Morrison and the headquarter of this company situated in Brandford , UK. The main
purpose of this report is to discuss about the motivation and comfort zone for the employees and
why it is important for the welfare of the employees. This report set an aim & objectives and
discusses about the literature review and analyzes the benefits of motivation & comfort zone.
