Health care entities must adequately address disparities
between Aboriginal and non - Aboriginal people in the
NSW strategic alliance, which leads to building,
implementing and ensuring association for a culturally safe
environment.
At the same time, emphasis is also required on increasing
promotion of health 17 careers and traineeships at schools
so that community settings can be encouraged accordingly.

•According to the development plan, there should be a
proper investigation into the opportunities for work
experience programs which specifically target young
Aboriginal people in adopting work experience within
SLHD.
•However, the issue of funding is also required to be
managed in this area through the NSW Ministry of Health
and for allied health.
•In addition, midwifery nursing values and clinical
practices can be strengthened by supporting training for
managers, which includes specific education about the
Aboriginal workforce.

improved workplace culture and enhanced organizational
performance, it is crucial for healthcare practitioners to
support Aboriginal employees in seeking opportunities to
develop to their full potential.

Aboriginal Impact Statement Policy.
•This policy aids in identifying the priority roles which
appropriately meet the needs of clients.

previous slides it can be said that emphasis need to be
placed on allied health and technical aspect. In addition to
this, recommendation in relation to offering employment
opportunity to aboriginals who are seeking for job in such
sector.
