AimThe aim of the report is to provide a detailed analysis of the limitations during theindividual performance measurement within CERA related to the organizational strategy anddevelopments in the HRM practices. PurposeThus, the main purpose of using the performance management system is to align theperformances of employees with the organizational goals and objectives and maintain a goodculture to encourage simplified processes and documentation of employee activities. This wouldhelp in maintaining a good organizational behavior as well as maintain good performances ofworkers with ease and effectiveness.
