Critically evaluate and
apply content from a
range of structurally
complex texts
The cognition on the different HR activities are
specifically based on the assessment of the
requirements of the organization. The different
texts enumerated the value propositions and
service factors of the HR and the manner in which
it supported the operational units of an
organization. I faced significant issues while
researching on the critical activities that are
initiated by an HR professional in the organization.
However, I planned my activities with the purpose
of meeting my course activities through
consultation with different academic sources while
gaining knowledge of the different complex
activities.
I took the initiative of going
through a series of
literature and academic
sources for gaining
cognition on the different
HR activities
Develop a range of
documentation using
tone, structure and
language suited to
context and audience
Communication skill and its applicability based on
the assessment of the preferences of the audience
is an important criteria that administers the
operational process. In this relation, I faced
significant issues in identifying the most convincing
tonality and structure for conveying to the
audience.
I consulted with different
professionals for identifying
the preferences of my
target audience while
understanding the structure
and tone related factors. It
helped me in improving the
briefing activity as a part of
the operational criteria

information and listen
carefully to evaluate
information
Gathering feedbacks from the relevant
stakeholders is necessary for identifying
the major changes that might be
considered by me while operating in an
environment. However, in this relation, I
encountered challenges in developing
cognition on the tools that I might use to
analyse the feedbacks.

Use appropriate
vocabulary and tone in
negotiations
Negotiations play an important role in managing
the HR operations. In this relation, I believe that the
sessions I undertook were not effective enough to
convince the same on the recent organizational
change. The change resistances from the
workforce grew which affected the competency of
the organization in implementing the process as
per the needs of the venture.
I took the initiative of
conducting debriefing
sessions with the
employees while making
the same aware of the
change requirements of the
organization in the form of
an audio- visual
presentation for improving
the convincing factor.
Make basic calculations
to ensure work output
meets predetermined
timeframes
The deadlines are essential for the effectiveness of
the operations. In this relation, I faced a scenario
where the HR officials missed important dates of
recruitment which affected the organizational
needs relating to the inclusion of skilled workforce
as per organizational commitments to the clients.
I created KPIs for the HR
team with the purpose of
monitoring the progress
made by the department in
the given time frame. It
helped me in developing
the operations of the
organization as per the
needs of the venture.

mathematical strategies
when analysing
investment policies
Decision making is an important
criterion while evaluating the benefits
that an organization might gain through
an investment. The organization faced
significant issues in assuming the
benefits that might be reaped by the
same through the investments.
Assumptions are affected through the
volatility of the market situation in which
the organization is currently operating.
Therefore, the concerned organization
faced significant issues in developing a
proper investment plan based on the
assumptions.
I undertook the
initiative of
empowering the
organizational
investment criteria
through the
implementation of
cost- benefit analysis
which would
mathematically
identify the benefits
that might be
gathered by an
organization through
the investments

Consider and adhere to
organisational policies
and procedures when
developing plans and
strategies
I have been in a scenario where the organization
deviated from certain employee centric policies
while strategizing on a recent change activity. It
resulted to resistance from the workforce and
disruption in the organizational performance. The
organizations are required to consider the
organizational policies and Code of Conduct while
framing the operational strategies. However, the
absence of adherence to the organizational
policies affected the performance of the workforce
in accordance to the common objectives of the
venture.
I would take the initiative of
framing the operational
units based on the policies
and procedures with the
purpose of retaining the
balance of the operations
in accordance to the
common goals of the
venture.
