INTRODUCTION
Good nutrition habit and the balanced diet are not developed in one particular day nor they are
destroyed with one unbalanced meal. Healthful eating habits means the lifestyles of the making
different choices and decisions along with planning. Poor nutrition can be casual factors for
experiencing the low mood. In this report, there will be discussion on the individual lifestyles by
recording the nutritional intakes for period of 3 consecutive days. There will be proper analysis
on the client national intakes by looking at the calorie’s intake and nutrients. Finally, there will
be proposing of two different daily menus such as one for the cultural ethical requirements and
another with food calories
MAIN BODY
Part 1 Introduction
Philip, 21 years boy have been the taken as the clients having the height of 172 cm (5’9
feet) weight as 45 kg. the boy has been identified as under category of the undernutrition. This is
the broader concepts and concerns for the people who are not feeding, lack in the appetites or the
far if growing up. This type of the issue is faced by the individuals due to the suffering from the
certain pathologies. Philip is studying the university pursuing his graduation. with proper
discussion ways Philip, I have analysed that’s hardly sleep for the 4 hours a day. He is very fond
of gaming and watching the web series. His mostly stayed to hi friends’ home and rely on the
fast food. The body clock of Philip is totally disturbed as he is not intorted in easting, he wealthy
food neither doing any healthy activity. The friend circle of Philip has the one who are many the
chain smoker. Same as Philip is facing the issue due to the irregular smoking habit n
consumption of alcohol daisy basis.
Basically, Philip is the student who lived different from his parent residing in another
country. so, the client has majorly purchasing if the readymade food. the ready and food meal is
the bag handling everything which can be there for accomplishment of the meal. this can be
carrier in different time periods such as the breakfast, lunches dinner, bread and desserts. But he
has the major level of irregularity in taking the meal. However, the services may not be
accomplished in fulfilling the requirements of the healthy body in the perfect’s manner.
Watching out for the three consecutive days I have noticed that’s the quality of food wasn’t
good. Along with that’s Philips was not serious regarding his diet. He believed to eat more level
of fast food such a pizza and burger along with alcohol. Philips is intelligent person but he is not

aware regrading developing healthy, he previously went to the gym for body building exercise as
he feels ashamed of such skinny body. He is lacking in motivation and want to have here
performing of the gym activities. The improvements in the diet can helps in protecting the
physical health as well as mental health of individual in the perfect manner.
Part 2 Nutritional intake record
So, from the above case, it have been clarted that’s Philips want to make proper attention
in term of developing the body. So there will be preplacement of bodybuilding meal plan which
will be helps in gaining the weight and get rid him life from the skinny body . Body building is
centred around term building up the muscles through weighting and nutrition. Having the
recreation of competitive, bodybuilding is being identified as lifestyle as it involves their proper
time needed to spend inside and outside the gym.
The muscle building training have the requirement of the aerobic exercises to increase
the flexibility and developing significant approach to focus on nutrition. Following the healthy
eating pattern have inclusion of nutrient dense food which are groups up in appropriate amounts
to low eth risk of chronic diseases. This is recommended to have the increase in intake 15%
calorie intake. tis should be the 2550 calories. during the either phase, as don’t lose too much
muscle during the cutting phase or gain too much body fat during the bulking phase.
