Introduction A career action plan is an vast planning script or document made and owner with managed by young people for intention to reflect their increment in career development and learning. This kind of plan is basically to help younger peopleto establish objectiveswith clarifying theactivities needed to achieve these goalsandcommitment for participation in pre- planned happenings(Lin, and et.al., 2020).Where as, self-reflection is the ability to evict and witness of own evaluation of our own cognitive, emotional and behavioural processes. The other terms used for self-reflection are reflective awareness and reflective consciousness. In this report an personal analysis is done as per the job role of digital marketing job with using swot analysis as an evidence for the individual job role. And at last of this report an career action plan is being developed which will include the knowledge and skills that need to be developed further.
Personal Analysis The digital marketing field consist of various skills and knowledge to focus on and create a various impact in the field of business with the skills that are needed were discussed earlier as they create a need full impact in the business and flow of work(Waizenegger, and et.al., 2020). In process to become an effective and efficient digital marketer one should have skill such as content creation as it creates huge role inprofession of digital marketing because it engages wider target audience locallyand globally work place this skill will help me in digital marketing roles in the company in order to engage more.With the help ofcontent creation skills, an individual in profession of digital marketingcan address the values and evidence in adequate manner. Furthermore, data analysis skill is also included in the job role of digital marketing. It is involved in one of the crucial functions in which an person can use to collect or gather wider range of information from different sources and methods like online portals, sites and books as well as journals. By the help of online interrogation its has become very easy to gather information of any type and transfer of its data also for the business. Communication skills can be very effective skills for an individual to deliver information and application. With the help of assistance the skills of an individual can grown inthe organization in order to provide the transparency to the purchaser along with other employed in members of the company.Social media advertising skills is beneficial asdifferentsocial media platform have dissimilar algorithm that have important role in specifying and focusing customers and acquiring consumers. Digital marketing To build a strong career in the field of digital marketing in order to use all the skills I have gained and learned in my previous year towards development and growth of business as well as myself. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in management with specialization in marketing Diploma in business administration and management with specialization in marketing. Experience Internship as Assistant manager for 6 months in gold man Sachs. Worked as Assistant Manager for marketing for 2 years in a technical firm of Wipro.

Data analysis skills For data analysis skills there are resources required of an efficient trainer and training sessions, quantitative knowledge for data analytic (Boss and Larmer, 2018). The lack of mathematical skills can be a gap in data analysis skill and lack of giving time in this sessions. The evidence of this skill will be shown in the accounting and other record keeping in marketing sessions of the company. 2 months Communication skills Communication skills require resources such as courses and communication practices. Communication skills gap an be less interaction in the company and not giving practical session in the field of communication in the company.
