RESEARCH METHODOLOGYThe most common methods used ion carrying out the research are qualitative andquantitative methods. Qualitative method is referred as a method of observation based on thenon-numerical data collection seeks to collect the answers of the questions. This data is collectedto via primary or secondary data collection method and it provides the in-depth informationabout human behaviour at workplace (Paull and Omari, 2015). Quantitative research method isnumerical data collection technique is used for analysing the data via statistical, metamathematical or computational technique. The research is mainly based on the primarydata collection method. Most of t he employees involved in this survey was below the age of 30years who have fewer experiences in their jobs. The survey discovered the negative practices ofthe higher management authority employees. People who generally poses the power and positionare more involved in such abusive practices so the survey was mainly aimed at collected of datafrom the lower level of employees who do not posses any power or authority. This survey havetargeted mostly to the female employees of the multinational company who often exploited bytheir senior staff members. In order to conduct a survey for analysing the power abuse at workplace, both themethods will be used to analyse the data (Hodgins and Mannix McNamara, 2017). For betterunderstanding the opinions and perceptions of the people regarding the negative use of power atworkplace, graphs and pie charts will be used for the clear observation of the data which iscollected from the population. The survey is focussed towards the large data collection viasampling technique. Sampling method is generally used for the marketing research in order toselect a group of people who can answer all the questions of a survey. The sample need to berepresentative of the population as it is not possible to collect the data from the large number ofpeople which mainly consumes the huge money as well as time. So, a survey will be carried outfrom 2 multinational companies among which 30 and 20 employees are randomly selected as asample to the survey. The data regarding the abuse at work place is collected from each selectedindividual. Data collection method is a process by which the researchers collects theinformation from all the relevant sources in order to find the answers to research questions. This2
