 The leadership style followed in Hazev is the
transactional leadership style.
 The several leadership skills, that the finance
manager are using are capability to navigate
changes and implementation of innovation,
effective collaboration and communication.
 He is even providing proper guidance to his
staff to understand digital technology.

Digital Technology in Haz
 Digital technology implemented in Haz has
subsequently enabled them in automating
several business operations, storage of
information and data, communication speed and
also ensuring social connection.
 The organizational marketing manager is
management theory of following bureaucratic for
better management of staff and to ensure that
chain of commands is maintained.

 The marketing manager of Haz is following
participative or democratic leadership style. He has

 The leadership skills and digital technology uses can
be compared to that of Pizza Hut. After comparing
with the three restaurants, it was observed that even
they are following transactional leadership, similar to
Haz.
 Regarding digital technology, the management of
Pizza Hut has allowed several advantages to ensure
that business is technologically advanced. In Hazev,
Haz and Tas, the main skills that are being used are
innovation and creativity and collaboration
(Tschannen-Moran 2014).

Challenges in implementing Digital
Technology
 Pizza Hut has faced few challenges while
implementation of digital technology.
 The first challenge was while adapting the
changes within their business.
 Technological advancements were not readily
accepted by the staff of Pizza Hut in the first go
and hence delays were faced.

Moving Forward in
Digitalization and Change
 The digitalization and change are required to be moved in an effective way. The
process was much easier in Hazev, Haz and Tas. The staff were much more
efficient in respect to the others. However, they are still in the procedure of
learning (Antonakis and House 2013).
 In Pizza Hut, the process was less easier than Hazev, Haz and Tas in
comparison to others.

 To meet up frequently with the staff and know
