 The Restaurant should implement the digital technology in order to make its cheque
system easier and appropriate as it is the best way of maintaining the record of
transaction occurred in cafe.
 The White Elephant cafe should implement the use of Cloud computing tool to maintain

 The cafe should adopt the use of the use of technological changes in order to improve the
working efficiency of employees and to make innovation in its existing services.

P6 Reflection
The research process assisted me learning various new things and the use of research
methods when conduction research. I was aware about the research tools used by scholars but I
never took effort to implement the use of methods when conducting research. Further, preparing
questionnaires was the best part as it helped me in determining the various elements of Digital
technology which can promote the growth and development of restaurant. On the other hand, I
was not aware about the process of asking questions like the ethical consideration in which it is
important for the individual to consider the right and wrong of situation because research process
and its questions should harm anyone's feelings and emotions. Besides, in my opinion the best
part of research project is that it helped me in enhancing my research and analytical skills. In
addition, I used to be vulnerable when I had to collect data but researching and analysing the
Impact of Digital technology on growth and development of The white Elephant cafe was very
interesting for me and I patiently handled the entire process. Hence, according to me, the
individual should conduct a research project in order to learn about research methods and
approaches which can deepen the skills of analysing circumstances and different situation which
demands creativity for growth.

There are various other methods of research methodologies which could have used for
research project like the inductive research approach which is based in Quantitative data but it is
not been uses because the methods is based on computing of mathematical calculation which is
the complex process and analysing mathematical figures is not easy (Bailey, and Burch, 2017)
Further, there is secondary data collection process which can be used to collect data but the data
collected by Books, journals, and Articles is not reliable as it is based on past study over the
same topic like in case of impact of digital technology on growth and development of cafe. From
the secondary data it has been analysed that yes it is beneficial but the technology can not
implement without evaluating the understanding to this reliability (Nambisan, 2017).On the other
hand the scholar could have used the cluster or multistage sampling but the analysing data of

these sampling method demands critical understanding over the topic which is a time consuming
process (Udo, 2011).
