positive work atmosphere can be created for the workforces.
• With the help of workplace transformation strategy various types of technological
advancement devices and software is being installed in the company.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
• Scope: The existing research has greater scope for Asda as the investigation uses
various strategies of workplace transformation within the organisation.
• Cost: Cost is defined as that amount which is incurred for completing the project
in budgeted frame. For the present investigation, €150 will be used by the
investigator.

WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE
Work breakdown structure: It is one of the project management system which
show the graphical representation that assist the supervisor to execute the task and
activities in accurate manner

RESEARCH METHODS
• In the existing research different types of methodologies are used to collect and
analyses data.
• Some of them are positivism philosophy, deductive approach, primary and
secondary data collection technique, survey research strategy and random
probability sampling.

The current investigation will base on quantitative method which helps in
maintain validity and reliability in accurate manner. statistical information
can be collected and will also take less time. The disadvantage is that it only
covers numerical data.

RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended that Asda should use various strategy in order to acquire
digital workplace transformation concept in effective manner. On the other
hand, the organisation is required to adopt current market trends into their
business operation.

REFLECTION
I am glad that I got an opportunity to conduct the investigation which helps
me in developing various research and communication skills. This will also
build my professional career in sound manner.

CONCLUSION
From the above data it is concluded that digital workplace transformation
has helped companies to operate their business in smooth manner during the
time of Covid 19. Using technology can assist in executing operation in
better manner and improve business performance.
