INTRODUCTION
Technology is defined as using of various advanced technology within business such as
business automation, artificial intelligence and many more. With the help of technology
workplace transformation can be made and at the same time prominent efforts can be exerted. In
the present scenario there is transformation at the workplace that requires integration of different
decisions as part of workplace system that covers technology and talent management. In present
report there will be analysis of the way organisation is working towards development of

Salmela, 2020). For this purpose there will be analysis of the needs of technology that is required
by employees to carry their roles at workplace. On the other hand the report is focusing over
issues which are faced by businesses in the process of analysing technology requirement so that
employee may carry put their works within the organisation in effective manner.

people's interest as this may lead into minimising the area of research. Other risk is related with

Reflection
I have successfully completed the research on the topic of “key drivers and their
influence over digital workplace transformation”. This becomes easier for me to select this
research so that to develop appropriate conclusion over the research. In the present I have
undertaken primary sources of data collection so that to develop clear motive of collection of
realistic information related with accurate information in appropriate manner. In order to collect
primary data questionnaire is used which is associated with various questions in which research
objectives can be framed. This questionnaire was distributed to respondents so that appropriate
conclusion can be examined. During this research I have observed that my strengths and
weakness and in order to develop the same I am required to work on my weaknesses so that I
would be able to complete future projects in appropriate manner. For example I have analysed
that during data collection I analysed that I faced issues in asking questions due to lack of
confidence and lack of understanding within various languages as people are coming from
different backgrounds and culture. With the help of attending various seminars and learning
programs I can enhance my skills due to which I can build up my communication skills. Along
with this I am lacking behind in management skills so I am required to work over this skill so
that I can coordinate with my team members so that appropriate results can be obtained. I have
developed my communication and analytical skills which is associated with developing the
manner in which I can communicate with people in appropriate manner. In order to attain
research objectives I have analysed that there are various dimensions which is used within
research and would be helpful in developing overall researches in appropriate manner.
