their potential customers. It help company in order to increase their business productivity
by linking their all business operations with digital technology (Vallicelli, 2018). The
current research is conduct to examine the impact of linking employees and organisation

organisation for the current research is Sainsbury. It is a multinational retail organisation of

employees performance. The research will help company to gain competitive
