This research paper focuses on the benefits gained by Sainsbury with the adoption of digital workplace transformation in improving employee connectivity and productivity. The research aims to understand the concept of digital workplace transformation, employee productivity, and employee connectivity in the context of the retail industry. The research methodology includes primary and secondary research methods, qualitative and quantitative research, and a questionnaire. The findings suggest that digital workplace transformation is essential for organizations to have higher productivity and performance of employees and business, increase in revenue, and consumer satisfaction. The various digital workplace schemes used by Sainsbury to improve the connectivity and productivity of the workforce are increase agility, encourage digital collaboration, and cyber security.
