What does an innovative digital workspace look like?
Introduction
Workplace transformation is termed as rethinking of flexible workspace as to accommodate
various types of techniques and technology for employees and organization (Meske and Junglas,
2021). In modern time period it is essential for organization to evaluate current trends and
practices and implement latest technological tools and techniques, as negligence of this will not
only affect business decision making but also lead them to face many challenges in future. In this
modern business environment workplace transformation significantly benefit an organization to
make necessary modification and changes and further satisfy customers needs and demands. It
also benefit organization to enhance overall productivity and performance of employees and
organization on simultaneous manner.
Background
Present research has been conducted on Sainsbury which is operating as the second
largest train of supermarket in the prevention of the United Kingdom. This organization was
founded in the year 1869 and operates in retail industry company offer wide range of products
and services to customers. The organization is having wider base of employees and offer their
services to different customers around the world. Present research analyse the impact of
innovative digital workspace in order to enhance performance of the employees in workplace of
business. For this the aim objectives and questions has been framed in which primary analysis of
research is being done with the help of appropriate method research also include rational and
recommended practices.
Research Aim
To study the impact of innovative digital workspace on accelerating the performance of
the employees at the workplace in context of Sainsbury's organisation.
Research Objectives
To develop basic understanding about the innovative digital workspace in relation to the
employee's performance.

Present research conducted on the impact of innovative digital workplace in order to enhance
performance of employee within workplace. This research is rational as it includes understanding
of the concept of innovative digital in context with business organization. Present research is also
rational as it provides organization in retail industry to have understanding of the benefits of
innovative digital workspace that will further help them to enhance their overall growth and
profitability in industry. Along with this it has been analysed that researches rational as it
develops researcher current level of understanding in knowledge on the concept of innovative
digital strategy and further enhances investigator critical thinking in research conducting ability
that will further help investigators to conduct future research in more effective manner.

goals in an efficient way. By taking assistance of all the stages in project management life cycle
project manager cannot only handle project stages in efficient manner but can also breakdown
various phases into manageable manner.
Project initiation & conception:
This is the first stage of project life cycle in research effectively conduct proper planning
with the help of evaluating various perspectives to fulfil desired outcome. This is an important

process as it allow investigator to understand need of research and helps in developing project
aims and objectives. Furthermore it has been declined at this stage is essential to fulfil overall
project as it provides to have a strong vision and benefit in determining list of stakeholders,
research deliverables, scope of research in appropriate budget and resources.
Project planning:
Being the second stage of project management life cycle in this proper and in depth
planning is being conducted by project manager which is inclusive of set of plans that helps in
