This research project aims to identify the significant role of digital workplace transformation in enhancing employee engagement and productivity within the UK retail industry, with a focus on Waitrose. The study explores the conceptual framework of digital workplace transformation, key drivers used within organizations, challenges faced by Waitrose in the absence of digital workplace transformation, and digital strategies adopted by Waitrose for improving employee engagement and productivity. The research methodology used is positivism, deductive approach, survey strategy, quantitative data, primary and secondary data collection, frequency distribution method for data analysis, and probability sampling. The study concludes that digital workplace transformation is crucial for organizational performance and recommends that organizations invest in it to enhance productivity and performance.
