Conclusion
From the above research it is analysed that workplace transformation is the wider term to
understand which needs to be followed by companies in order to operate their business and
functions. It has seen that Covid-19 has directly affected the workplace transformation as it
pressure companies to allow their employees to work remotely and from their homes. To stay
competitive in changing environment organization should focus over needs and wants of their
employees then design the services which can help to build the confidence to work continuously.
A researcher should conduct the environment analysis by selecting right method and technique
that can help to gather information and supports to increase the performance (Zidek, Pitel,
Pavlenko, Lazorik, and Hosovsky, 2020).
Reflection
From the above research study, I have analysed that by conducting research on workplace
transformation I came to know its importance and how it is beneficial for chosen organization
and supports to manage all functions. I developed my communication, innovation, and
interpersonal skills by conducting this research. The collected data is beneficial for me as it
developed my understanding and would be use while future working. According to discussion,
workplace transformation is most important which is used to get work done by employees from
any place and also helps to accept the changes. I also noticed that my mathematical and data
interpretation skills are weak which needs to be improve by taking part in other activities Suh
(2021)..
Recommendation
It is recommended to the Unilever to focus on digital transformations at workplace as it
used to make work or task easier. The company should providing remote working to the
employees in order to be safe from any type of disease which helps to get ready people to work
continuously. Further, they should listen to the employees needs and demand and take feedbacks
also after implementation of new process. This develops motivation among employees and
resulting in retaining employees for longer time period. In addition, they should provide training
to the employees for new implementation in business process Trenerry, and et.al, (2021) .

Yes, I have achieved my research aim and objectives which I prepared to get information about
workplace transformation and its importance at the workplace. I conducted the research
program to gain knowledge and understanding about digital workspace.
What aspects of your development process do you think worked well and why? Evaluate
all aspects of the project (e.g. initial research, concept development, development
process, presentation, etc.) from a range of perspectives.
There are number of development process which used by researcher to analysis the research
such as initial, planning, cost structure, development, and presentation that supports to
complete the research.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there
timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
Many problems such as lack of conflict management and lack of time management comes in
between while conducting research. All the problem have been encountered by me through
following Gantt chart and WBS as it states right structure to complete the study and managing
all functions effectively.

Through this project I have learned good communication, and technical skills which supported
to complete the project on time. These skills helped me to build own career in aspects of
personal and professional.

As I conducted the study about workplace transformation where I analysed my strength such as
good communication, having decision making skills, using language skill and other abilities
that helps to accept the changes. On the other side, lack of time management and interpersonal
skills could create the challenge for me to operate or continue the project.

As a researcher I conducted the study by using questionnaire that helped to collect data about
workplace transformation at the workplace. This will help to improve the future by managing
changes and using primary data.
