This research is based on digitalization concept within health care
sector for improving the quality services provided by health care
organization to patients in more effective manner. Motive of
investigator to conduct research on this topic is that it is their
interest area s well as they want to expand their knowledge in
relation of digitalization within healthcare. Research is based on
to understand the behavioral intention of customers regarding the
quality of services and improving them with the use of digital
advancement in the UAE.

Limitation
While conducting this research several limitations has
been faced by researcher which create difficulties for them
in getting outcomes in better manner. Thus, major issues
which company faced while conducting research is time
as digitalization within health care is wide concept so for
gathering information for the same require much time.
But researcher was having limited time duration due to
which they faced difficulties in getting outcomes in more
effective way. Along with this, funds are more important
part without no proper funds it is not easy to conduct
research as within some cases investigator face difficulties
related to no proper funds.

Through this research it has been concluded digitalization
have wide importance in working of health care
organization. They will be able to provide better services
to patients in more effective manner without facing any
difficulties. In simple term it has been said that through
digitalization health care services are improved in more
effective manner.

which researcher has gathered non-
numerical data from respondents
which help them in getting answer
from respondents as well as also help
in gathering information in more
effective manner. In addition to this
through primary method information
and data has been selected by
respondents.
Qualitative

In this they chosen, survey and
questionnaire approach investigator
has asked questions from
respondents. Sample size is 200
which has been selected through
random sampling method. After
analyzing data it will interpreted by
researcher for gathering proper
outcomes in effective manner.
