customers. For this purpose, there is an importance of team building in any organization either
small or large. Team building facilitates better communication between the employees and the
management. Also, promotes creativity and even develops problem solving skill (Sahebjamnia,
Torabi & Mansouri, 2015). Most of the businesses use information technology to communicate
within and outside the organization for effective and quick process. Laptops, internet, electronic
mail and several other kinds of information technologies are used, which if stops working can
create a massive amount of loss. Therefore, it is necessary to recover data and applications to

Then an information system with a telephonic interface can be used to automate the process. This
type of information can be useful in cases where rapid notifications are to be performed. It
requires a predefined notification updated with specific details for an effective response. In other
cases, the employees either initials or the existing one of the organization are to be rehearsed
with the specified training required to perform at the time of any disaster (Frances et al., 2016).

After rehearsing of the plans with the employees of the organization, and evaluating the
changes needed, then again rehearsing the new plan to check that it works. For any organization,
