MANAGEMENT 2
I am using Driscoll model of reflection with the purpose to reflect upon my experiences of the
motivational video between a substance-abuse client and a composed interviewer.
1. What-
Chris Mitrevski was the registered nurse of an intensive care unit who was called by the
unit manager that he had to leave the hospital because he was found of drinking of
alcohol several times during work. Further, the manager told him that these kinds of
behavior are unacceptable and the hospital has zero tolerance protocol. After that, he

communication with the client.

clients as it leads to better understanding between them. The way assessor asked directly

was remarkable. After seeing, the communication skills of assessor, which made me feel
that it would be very challenging for me to be dept in asking questions. Moreover, I felt,
