activities. If the person is unable to react against them due to their behaviour then it may encourage
others and they start bullying that individual. . People may live in constant fear of where and
when the bully will strike next, what they’ll do, and how far they’ll go (Kowalski, Limber
and McCord, 2019). There are two type of bulling Physical and Verbal bulling. Physical

or abusing etc.
MAIN BODY
Discussion on the Personality of the Victim influence Bulling.
Cyber bullying is the harassment or bullying executed through digital devices like computers,
laptops, smart phones, and tablets. The platforms where cyber bullying can occur include social
media, chat rooms, and gaming platforms. These are the platforms where people can view and
participate in the sharing of content (Zych, Baldry and Farrington, 2017). These are such platform
where person can create issue for other without reveling their identity; in the recent time it has
become the most common source that is being used by people to irritate others or to bully others. The
different types of cyber bullying involve causing humiliation through hateful comments on online
platforms/apps, or through SMS or messaging. It comprises posting, sending or sharing negative,
nasty or false information about other individuals for causing humiliation and character
In a school many student face the problem of the bullying from another students that many
times make the student victim and individual fail to react on such kind of illegal activities. . This is
depend on the personality of the victim because if someone has weaker personality then individual
will become victim of bullying mind and how they are taking this thing in their life. Most of the
student’s personality is weak (Keith, 2018). People those who are having low empathy personality
can not become the victim of bulling. Apart from this, if someone is aggressive then that person has
capability to react against such kind of activities immediately hence these personality people do not
become victim of any kind of bulling activities. But the person who does not like to talk with others
and having introvert personality can become victim. This type of students not able to study and they
get weak in the studies. Personality become the cause and become influencing factor for bullying.
Any student who used to talk very less in the class can become the victim of the bullying because
other people those who have talkative personality tease them. In such condition these introvert
candidates become victim of bully. This can affect on their mind they are not able to give their
attention in the class because of the bullying in the class.

People those who are unable interact with others and share their feeling with other
then these candidates are on high risk opf suffering from such kind of bulling activities. Most
of the bulling done by the people on the weaker personality people. This creates negativity
in their mind and they cannot be confident. Their under confident behaviour boost others and
these people tease such kind of under confident people or students. Students who have strong
personality does not affect with the Bulling because they does not react on the personal or
they does not listen to the those people so they other person automatically stop doing
bulling with them. the people who used to talk with every person and their nature is good
with the everyone does not affect with the bulling by the someone. Bulling can be ignored by
the person or their personality to react. Fearful personality always become the victim for the
person who like to harsh person or abuse them (Shariff and Hoff, 2016). It is important for
the teachers to find the people who are being suffered from teasing, discriminating by other
students because this thing can put them into the depuration and students cannot study at the
school and their home both the places. They should find those students and communicate
with them so they doest misbehave with the other students and they can overcome from the
problem of the bulling.. A bulling situation come in the schools when any students is weaker
than the other students. This kind of students become the victim o the bulling by the other
students. There are some negative impact of bulling which can lead the students toward the
criminal activities. Mostly the bulling has indirect or the direct impact on the students mind
they become so much aggressive and this thing can be seen by their parents. They does not
talk with the parents as well and always be in the fear of something (Chan and Wong, 2019).
They can easily get anger with their close once. When it overtake their limits than it
can also become the criminal activities and this can become a problem for the victim and
Perpetrator. It is important for the parents to find those students who are teaching or harassing
their child so they can handle the situation and bring the confidence in their child’s life.
Students who have confident and or the usually stronger from the personality does not
affect with the bulling problems because they does not take things seriously for example- if
any students is teasing them or telling wrong about them than they just ignore their talk
or they directly go to their teachers and tell them about the things they are doing in the class
so next time they does not tease an do anything which can affect on the others as well. This is
also important for the teachers to find perpetrator and teach them are the thing which are
not good and make them a successful students so they does not do bulling with the others
and they can understand the right and wrong activities both (Buelga, Martínez–Ferrer and
Cava, 2017). Many times inexpressive personality also encourages others to tease such kind
of people. If people fails to express their problems to others then their parents and other
respective members fail to protect their kids hence others create problem for them hence
bulling activities get raised with them,. Hence it is essential for people that they express their
family members and discuss their issues whatever they are facing. By this way parents can
protect them that would develop confidence of them hence such kind of bulling activities can
be stopped. This is also comment at the workplace most of the employees are on the
superior level used to bulling and they harsh them and give their work to them. This can
be happen with the employees b who are weaker or they are not strong mentally but when
this thing happen with the some of the employees who are educated and they have

confidence in their work does not influence by the bulling activities because they are able to
communicate with the each employees and they have strong personality which shows their
confidence at the work. When any situation occur on those people then also they can handle
with t heir confidence and they can also companied about those people who are doing
bu8lling at the workplace of the company. It is important for the company to look for those
employees are spring negativity at their workplace because it can affect in the other
employees who are victim. They can lose their performance and they can be de-motivate
from the Perpetrators s o they will not give their best at their task so company will not able to
achieve their business goals and they cannot achieve success in their woks (Coyne and et.al.
2019). Company should provide rights to their employees and look for the people who are
doing discrimination any kind of bulling activity so they can make their workplace
environment good and they able to achieve success in their business.
