Introduction
This paper focuses on the important facts that Disney has to concentrate if they expand
their business market into Macau. This will need several plans from several perspectives to make
the expansion program a successful one. The several plans will be discussed in this paper across
various perspectives, The sustainability issues for the company will be discussed here along with
the financial and legal functions.
Sustainability issues in the company
The business expansion of Disneyland can sustain properly if they can use their resources
with effectiveness. The environment friendly resources will help them to contribute more to the
society. The ecosystem and biodiversity issues should be catered for properly as well (Bansal
and DesJardine 2014). If they want to expand their business into Macau city, they must have to
remember some important things so they can achieve some sustainability. Disneyland will have
