REFLECTIONThere are different areas that I got to develop with the help of this research. At the initialstage I did not have proper knowledge related with different set of tools which are used in socialmedia. In this context, I got to know that social media can be determined as one of the best toolthat is used by organization's with the help of which customers base is enhanced. Companieshave direct interaction with service user and they determine the issues which are faced by them.Accordingly, they make changes in their services or product that will enable them to achievetheir organizational goals and objectives. At the initial stage I know only Facebook that helpedthe organization through which information is conveyed regarding the products and services thatthey want to deliver. In this context, it includes social media like Pinterest, Twitter, Tumblr, etc.(Duggan and Brenner, 2013) These companies help in delivering proper care to customers.Further, there are different set of factors that affect the buying behaviour of customers. Inthis context, it is the responsibility of management of organization to identify them and makeappropriate steps through which high quality services can be provided. I got to know that thereare seven steps and at all the stages customers can change his/her mind to select differentproduct. Customers develop perception over the services that are provided to them. With thisrespect, it includes price as one of the main factor that affects the buying behaviour. There aredifferent organizations that provide their customers with similar products and services (Shields,Brown and Plimmer, 2015). However, positive perception is developed with firm deliver theirservices or goods at low cost. However, it got to know that when price is low, then customersprefer to purchase the product that is of high quality. In this context, it can be stated thatmanagement of any organization should aim at providing their service users with high qualityservices. In this modern world people are health concisions. They prefer to make use of orpurchase goods that are of high quality.Moreover, I got to know that marking is highly benefited through social as it enables toknow perception of people towards different services that are provided. Further, employees arethe face of organization has they have direct interaction with customers. In this context, theyshould be capable enough to understand the needs and requirement of service users. With thisrespect, management should identify the issues that are faced by workers. Accordingly, trainingand development program should be arranged that help to satisfy customers. In most of the cases,workers do not understand the set of roles and responsibilities that they have to perform.1

However, with the help of training they will get to know their duties that has to be played bythem. Further, they will be able to clarify their doubts and proper services can be provide tocustomers. Moreover, regular customers can be changed into loyal once when all therequirements are fulfilled. There are case in which people do not get to fulfil all the needs and inthis type of situation, service users develop negative perception. In such situation they thesepeople can not be changed into loyal once. However, when people get to fulfil all theirrequirements and when they also get additional services benefits with the products or services isprovided by the firm, then they get to develop themselves into loyal customers. Further, I got toknow that market research is very essential as it enables the firm to know the taste andpreference of customers what image people have towards the services or goals. It helps theorganization to identify the issues that are faced by workers in context of the services that areused. Moreover, different organization make use of diverse set of strategies and conductingresearch enables to know the steps that should be taken order to compete effectively andefficiently. Further, people get attracted to think that are flashed on the screen immediately. Asper a research, it can be determined that the colour that is used by the firm also play vital role ingrabbing customers attention (Zhang, 2014). People tent go through those advertisements onsocial media where they get to them, through notifications. In this context, e-mail play vital roleas it enables to make people updated related with the offers that are provided by the organization.From the research I got to know that people or customers tent to buy the product or make use ofservices when they are provided with additional benefits. It enables to boost up their moral ansdevelops a positive perception among their mind. When people get to have more than what theyhave expected, then they make use of the products or services again and again. Further, this typeof repetitive purchase is high beneficial for the organization to achieve their goals and objectives.In order to develop a report, there are different set of skills that are required and itincludes research skills. I got to develop my research skills as at the initial stage I face manyissues in relation with finding the correct content. There are many websites that provide differenttype of information in respect to same topic. However, I got know which web page has to beselected and taken as reference so that the research outcome can be attained. Further, it includesdecision making skills as there are many researches conducted on similar topics and it becomesdifficult to select the most appropriate journals that will enable to fulfil the research aim andobjectives.
