INTRODUCTIONWith time there are many changes that has taken place around the world. Earlier, peopleface issues in order to communicate with other, it took days to make the information reachothers. However, with advancement in technology, it has become easy and instant informationcan be conveyed to others (Johns, Chen and Terlip, 2014 ). With this respect, there are differenttype of application develop which enables to connect with people around the world. Morespecifically, there are different type of social media like Facebook, WeChat, Twitter, Weibo, etc.further, there are diverse set of strategies that are being used by these social media in order toattract more and more customers . In other words, social media can be determined as the groupof online communication that provides individuals with different option of participation, sharingideas, receiving information and providing feedbacks. Further, there are diverse set of benefitsthat social media gets like improvement customers communication, cost saving, raising loyalty,etc. Ultimate aim of any firm is to aim maximum profit (Freedman, 2014 ). This is only possiblewhen they are able to understand the needs and requirements of customers and to deliver theirproducts and services accordingly. In context, of organization, it allows the have directinteraction with customers and this way it enables to know the type of issue that are being facedby individuals and accordingly steps are taken to overcome them. When any type of products orservices are delivered, then it becomes favourable for the firm to know customers perceptionover it and any type of issue that are faced for the same can be identified and management canmake changes. In order to conduct the present research, Moon Struck hotel in China is taken intoconsideration. This is well known hotel in China and make sure that they understand theircustomers and deliver them high quality services (Rajão and Marcolino, 2016 ). There aredifferent type of services that are being delivered by the organization. There are different aspectsthat will be covered. Different people have diverse set of perception and this research will focuson understanding the response and interpretation of customers to the companies use of socialmedia in order to have effective business communication. In order to understand this effectively,symbolic interaction theory will be used. This is effective enough to know the individual'sresponse towards the type of services that are being delivered by cited firm. Further, to completethe research in an effective manner, there are research aim and objectives that are being set. With this respect, below given are the aim and objectives the research that will enables tocome up with an appropriate outcome:Aim: “To understand the impact of Social Media for Business Communication as SymbolicInteraction Perspective: A study on Moon Struck hotel in China”.Objectives:To understand the concept of Social media and symbolic interaction perspective To determine the benefit of using symbolic interaction theory for businesscommunication.To identify the techniques related to symbolic interaction that can be used in businesscommunication in Moon Struck hotel in China .To suggest way to enhance business communication through symbolic interaction.Research QuestionsResearch can be conducted in an effective manner when there are research questiondeveloped. The research question that are developed will cover the topic from general to specific.It will enable to understand the role of social media and symbolic interaction perception that arecarried out by individuals (Markham and Gammelby, 2017 ). It is being identified that people donot prefer to read out the content but the just prefer to look out the visual presentation and theyshould be so much clear that the whole content should be understood easily. Further, it will alsocover the importance social media to business communication and benefit of making use ofsymbolic interaction. Further, to have in depth understanding of the research, there are theoryrelated with symbolic interaction that will be helpful enough to know individuals respond to theinformation that is provided by the organization related with their promotional technique. Mainaim of any firm is to gain maximum profit, this is only possible when they are able to understandthe requirement of customers are delivered them with high quality services. When this respect, itis only possible when there is effective communication and interaction of customers with theorganization (Haghshenas and Richards, 2016 ).
