following different culture and practice would also lead to make the workplace culturally
different.
What do you feel is the value of diversity in this particular workplace?
Persistence of different culture and workplace diversity plays an important role with regard to
the value of company. This is because with the existence of different culture and diverse
people the organization would be able to make work in the consideration of all the aspect
of culture. This would lead top raise the efficiency of the organization in terms of meeting
its targets and deliveries.
How do you think that different cultural influences and changing cultural practices have
affected the clients of your workplace? Think about political, social, economic and cultural
influences.
Persistence of different culture and practice is having a direct influence towards the clients in
terms of meeting their needs or affecting their needs. This means with the persistence of

cultures you may have based on your own upbringing and experiences.
I belong to t culture of Vietnamese under which I believed to live in harmony with nature. As
per this culture there is also a strong belief to have respect towards community and family,
manual labour and ancestor veneration. Based on my upbringing and experience I have a
perception that all culture is equally respectful and important. I also have perception that

people. Likewise, my conception towards the Buddhism culture is also positive and have
strong belief towards the Buddhism culture too.

interpersonal relationships, perception and social expectations of others?
My own culture belief is having a strong influence and impact towards my behaviour,
interpersonal relationship as well as social expectation. This is because being a follower of
Vietnamese culture I strongly belief that there must be a focus towards the manual labour
which impact my work and perspective towards my company wherein the equal focus is
lied over the use of machines. This would also influence my social expectation that
everyone need to live in harmony with nature and if I would not see this then it would
affect me and my perception.

not?
Practice of non-show off and high respect towards elders are the social practice which I do

with respect to my parents when they were young because it is our strong belief that

for elders remain always high.

persistence of this culture the diversity in the workplace would also be easily treated and
held by me because of positive aspect and perspective.

minority in a workplace?
If I would be of cultural minority then it would lead to create certain challenges and difficulties
