INTRODUCTION Diversity and inclusion is the kind of policies and programmers that is very important for the organization and for the inclusive workplace in order to earn deeper trust and more commitment from their workers. MAIN BODY Overview of the company BBC is a broadcasting organization which is founded in 18 October 1922 in London United Kingdom. The organization is the world leading public service broadcaster and we create some content that inform and educate and entertain different types of individuals in the United Kingdom and around the globe. In addition to this the BBC is the kind of public service broadcaster organization which is founded by Royal charter and The organization provide different kind of channels like regional TV programmers internet TV services and many more. Consider its experience in managing charges of discrimination—gender, race, age, disabilities, sexual orientation, religion, etc.- OR how it is seeking to manage diversity effectively. For the organisation it is very important for them to manage the diversity in the workplace.Anddiverseworkplacewillgoingtosupportthecompanytotargetbetter demographics and move in order to achieve their goals and objectives.
Gender:In the organisation gender discrimination in the employment include different kind of activities like treating the someone unfavourably because of the gender of the person whether the individual are applying for a job or for a current Employee. According to them different kind of organisation the younger workers have more power and experience because of their younger blood. On the other hand according to the different kind of organisation the experience of the employees matters. That is why it is very important for the BBC organisation to follow the appropriate policy in order to avoid the age discrimination from the organisation as well as avoid the child labour from the organisation. Because these kind of activities create negative impact on the society.
