It also addresses some of the benefits and challenges that diversity presents in the work environment. Diversity ensures that each stakeholder in the workplace understand that every person remains to be unique as it recognizes their differences. The diversity in the workplace can be along with different dimensions that include race, gender, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical abilities, political and religious beliefs, age, or other ideologies among individuals in the work environment. This paperwork illustrates how diversity in the places of work involves exploration of differences presented by the stakeholders in the workplaces in the safe positive as well as the nurturing surrounding. The variety in the place of work concerns with the proper understanding of every individual while moving beyond mere tolerance with the aim of embracing and celebrating the diverse dimensions of diversity among anyone present. Introduction In the modern business society, diversity in the workplace remains to be crucial for the efficient performance of the organization, more so in the environment, that deals with health care. Management of diversity within work environment Diversity management in place of work requires the best creation of the wide-ranging environment that aims at valuing and utilizing the contribution of different persons of different perspectives, backgrounds, together with experiences. All policies, processes, and practices within an organization that have the impact on the lives of the workers, therefore, workers need to recognize the potential benefits that are derivable from having the opportunity to access to a range of perspectives as they take account of differences in management of workplace (Bond & Haynes, 2014). Benefits of diversity in the place of work Diversity in the work environment continues to be beneficial to both employers as well as associates. The associates in the workplace continue to be interdependent, respecting differences among individuals within an organization can assist in increasing productivity. Diversity helps in reducing lawsuits and growing different opportunities for marketing, recruitment, creativity, and an image of the business in the workplace. Benefits of diversity in the workplace include increasing productivity, increasing in creativity, language skills, and positive reputation, attract and retain talent, improve problem- solving, help in building synergy in teams and enhance skills of communication, and increasing market share and create the satisfied diverse base of clients. Some of these benefits comprise of growth in productivity among organizations, increase in creativity, positive reputation, and establishment of multiple respect along with ideal way to resolve conflicts. Challenges of diversity in the work environment The cases of problems linked with diverse workforce along with their administration have stay identifiable. Key hurdles present to management of assortment in the place of work associates to the communication together with terminology that applies to discussing. Besides, diversity does not only concern the differences that exist amidst employees but also recognition, appreciative, and commemoration of those differences. Establishing and the management of different surrounding have avoidable and curable competition that can be destructive to the organization. The presence of diversity helps organizations to achieve best performances in their operations.
