It also addresses some of the benefits and challenges that diversity presents in the work environment. In most cases, diversity in work focuses on the ideas that aimed at recognizing and valorizing of differences among organizations’ employees. Diversity ensures that each stakeholder in the workplace understand that every person remains to be uniqueas it recognizes their differences. The diversity in the workplace can be along with different dimensions that include race, gender, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical abilities, political and religious beliefs, age, or other ideologies among individuals in thework environment. This paperwork illustrates how diversity in the places of work involves exploration of differences presented by the stakeholders in the workplaces in the safe positive as well as the nurturing surrounding. The variety in the place of work concerns with the proper understanding of every individual while moving beyond mere tolerance with the aim of embracing and celebrating the diverse dimensions of diversity among anyone present.
