Introduction
In organization, diversity and inclusion defined as set of policies, mission and strategies
adopted by a firm in order to create and encourage the inclusive workplace which attract diverse
pool of the talent from different cultural background. Organization with diversity and inclusion
polices and practices are very supportive and creative of various voices, hence attracting top
talent in industry. At workplace, there are various types of the diversity. When some are visible
to the universe and other are internal. Certain can be controlled or changes and still, other
diversities remain the same (Aulivola and et. al., 2021). The organization selected in this report
is RCH Red Carnation Hotel which was incorporated in 1984. It is situated in London, UK. This
report will include concept of the diversity and inclusion, importance and benefit of the D&I,
effectiveness of diversity at workplace that attract employees and recommendations.
Overview of the organization
RCH Red Carnation Hotel is a hotel situated in UK. It I identified that respective hotel
provide various benefits to its employees in order to increase diversity and inclusion. This hotel
has around 170 rooms and 79 employees. This hotel is encouraging the diversity and inclusion
among its workers, stakeholders and senior management including members of the various
ethnic genders, groups and social classes. RCH Red Carnation Hotel is engages individual’s
different ethnic and social background, gender identities and sexual orientations in different
practices and factors of life. In addition, it also practices inclusively by facilitating equal access
to the opportunities for group of people who may be marginalized such as minority group or
women. Respective hotel is offering its workers a variety of the incentives including
complimentary meals on the shift, annual vacation, uniform sets, eye check up, bottle of the
champagne and many more so that it can encourage the diversity and inclusion at workplace.
