INTRODUCTION
Education environment is concerned with involving the processes in which individuals tend to
explore the environmental issues and approaches for solving them in order to have reliable
improvement. In the current era, there is higher requirement of possessing the significant
knowledge by creating the reliable working environment in turn effective processing can be
obtained. The current study is based on London Best School (LBS) which is facing certain issues
that are hampering its overall performance. It will highlight the three themes that are leading it
towards the lower performance in turn significant functioning by identifying the prevailing
lacking areas in turn the clear understanding the development in given areas can be implemented.
This will focus on involving the recommendations along with examples. The objective of this
study is to recognize the prevailing lacking areas which is hampering its performance in turn
significant level of results identification can be done.
It has the objective of gaining information regarding the e impact and consequences of
good diversity management for pupils. The main aim of the current study is to ensure that
reliable information for the learners & school performance can be derived. This will lead to
possess the corrective recommendations that can deal with the challenges which is resulting into
the poor performance which involves social values and ethical issues. It will help in gaining
effective ability to get the reliable data in turn attaining the effective results to uplift school's
performance can become possible.

There are diverse course of the actions which are required to pay attention on having the
reliable information regarding the lacking areas in turn significant level of actions for the
improvement can be taken. From the assessment it can be specified that the prevailing lacking
areas in the LBS is lack of support, low income resulting into the digital poverty and less
teacher's ability to offer the level of understanding around pedagogy and student motivation. On
the basis of this, it can be specified that there are varied level of the actions which is required to
be taken into the consideration so that effective performance can be derived. These issues of the
school is resulting into the under performance which can highly impact its ability to create

diversity which can favorably influence its efficiency in turn higher growth & development can
be achieved. For the purpose of implementing effectual level of diversity in turn effective
working scenarios to bring competitive position by learners through coordinating with modern
education and learning.
From the assessment it can be interpreted that there are certain demographics such as
having the effective insights about the prevailing perception which helps highly in gaining the
information regarding the subject matter. Diversification in school provides the assistance in
gaining the competitive ability that creates the reliable & relevant openness can be done
(Koellen, 2021). On the basis of this lacking area of school it is unable to create the positive
perception among the learners toward education which hampers their results achieving
capability. On the basis of this, it can be articulated that there is lower level of information about
the diversity in past which has hampered its offering of support as learners do not accept teachers
instructions easily. It can be articulated that having diversity can help in having the reliable level
of ability among teacher & students so that effective modern leaning environment can be built.
This in current can favorably influence their learning culture in turn effective management
practices for pupils can be exerted.
Low income household is resulting into the digital poverty which has affected their
position in past as learners are unable to take the reliable understanding of the taught aspects in
classroom. From the assessment of this it can be mentioned that having proper focus on in
relation to possessing the diversity can promote the ability to help learners. This can be done by
the school through building the belonging feeling among the students which can allow the
learners to help in order to get the notes, etc. In the current position of the school it is required to
get greater level of diversity which can build the confidence among the learners that permit
possessing effective results. From the assessment it can be interpreted that school can get the
effective information & capabilities among its students which can favorably influence the
processing of it and improve its overall position in the industry diversity can allow to have the
effective ability to create the learning culture which can emphasize in enhancing its performance
and increase knowledge of students.

the social values in the education sector and the institution like LBS will help the institution to
grow the social concern in the education sector and generate the values like self-esteem, and to
have the self-respect, and the core value of respecting others and the value of tolerance. It helps
the students in making the wrong decisions in the lives related to the personal as well as
professional careers. This might help the students of the institution in deriving the values related
to the poverty they might be facing in the school as adopting the digital gadgets are not that easy,
because of increased prices of the devices. There are the students in the organization that are not
able to find out proper devices and might not have the proper internet connection the
organization can help the financially weak students by providing them with the proper devices
and other facilities that will help them to gain the knowledge and will help them in developing
their future. This might help the students in overcoming with the inability of interaction of the
online world (de Wit, and Altbach, 2021). With the help of the school the students that are from
economically weaker sections can have the access to the digital world of learning and might this

The organization must operates with the feeling of the inclusion in the institution as by
having all the students in the class from all over the communities and the localities will develop

low class to upper class include the public in the classes and might also give the chance of being
a teacher to all the individual related to every community, caste, religion and gender to develop
the value of the inclusion and have the chance for every type of the individual to be in the
institution. The concept of inclusion will play an important part in the organization as the child in
the organization will feel safe and also the same feeling will be there in the guts of their parents.
