Introduction
Aus Accountancy with its 25 staffs is a large accountancy firm. The firm is expanding to recruit
a number of qualified staffs. The company is located in Sydney. Its current period of struggle is
followed by the inclusion of diversity policies. The following tasks enable the accommodation of
such policies.
Assessment 1
The CEO's decision to form a formal diversity policy, procedure and action plan will provide the
company talented staffs. During meeting with the CEO the organization's policy and procedure

basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and so on. Anti-Discrimination Act
which aims at reducing workplace discrimination.
o Examples of 3 diversity policies provide equal opportunity for all sexes at the workplace,
not discriminating genders on pay and providing company benefits for all employees.
