INTRODUCTION
Diversity in workplace refers to the maintaining
affirmation and embracing employees belonging to all
backgrounds. This presentation states the important
considerations of the updated ANIBT hotel diversity
policy. The purpose of this presentation is to increase
awareness and establish the importance of workplace
diversity among all staff members and specially food and
beverage department.

BENEFITS OF WORKPLACE DIVERSITY AT
ANIBT
Managing diversity in workplace has various
benefits for the overall performance and efficiency
of the ANIBT hotel. One of the major advantage
of welcoming various diversities and embracing
them is that it provides assistance in harnessing a
variety of perspectives. It would further help in
developing understanding of better insights which
will assist in acknowledging the requirements of
our guests and customers better. Another important
advantage of promoting several diversities is that
it helps in fostering creativity and brings
innovation in the operations of ANIBT hotel.

CHALLENGES OF WORKPLACE
DIVERSITY AT ANIBT
Adopting an inclusive culture and supporting
various diversities has became crucial in order to
enhance the skills and productivity of employees
to achieve potential outcomes. There are various
challenges which are being faced in establishing
effective workplace diversity. One of the major
challenge that is faced by ANIBT at establishing
practices of workplace is ensuring respect among
employees and lack of acceptance results in chaos
and dissatisfaction among employees.

DESCRIBING ROLE AS MANAGER TO
PROMOTE DIVERSITY AT ANIBT HOTEL
As a manager of the Food and beverage department,
I have been focusing on establishing practices
ensuring equality and fair treatment to all fellow
members. I always ensures that all the workers have
equal opportunities and equal access to resources.
Moreover, whenever someone seeks to me about
any issue, I try to acknowledge and address their
grievances through solving conflicts and providing
solutions. I ensure fair and equal treatment to
everyone irrespective of their caste and creed and
considers their values and opinions. Moreover, I
always discourage partial behaviour and ensures
justification of everyone's position.

DISCUSSING ANIBT HOTEL’S
COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY
ANIBT is committed to provide equitable access to
its employees and is determined to establish a
structure where everyone is valued or treated with
due respect. The hotel strictly provide guidelines
ensuring that every worker is being heard or is
allowed to have his own perspective. ANIBT is
committed to welcoming and embracing diversities
and aims to maintain an inclusive environment where
workers belonging to different backgrounds are
given justified and equal treatment.

MEANING OF DIVERSITY TO ANIBT
HOTEL AND DEMONSTRATION ROLE OF
STAFF
ANIBT have a vision towards articulating the policies
ensuring that people from all backgrounds are having
access to equal opportunities and are treated fairly. The
hotel is determined on providing an atmosphere free from
discrimination and equal treatment is ensured. It
encourages its staff members to treat their peers and
colleagues with due respect and humility. The hotel
promotes diversity and allows participation of all staff
members to broaden understanding and welcoming the
views of individuals belonging to different backgrounds.

From the respective presentation, it has been concluded that diversity within the workplace is an
important aspect of organisation of all kinds as it assist in acknowledging talents of individuals
through considering their values and giving justified treatment to everyone irrespective of their
backgrounds. It helps in pooling talents from different backgrounds and enables the organisation to
welcome new ideas and innovation.
