Leadership and management development are about enabling the future growth and future
governance of the organization. In this organization develop their own agenda that helps to gain
better growth and development of the goals and objectives. Leadership and management
development assist in better growth success of the society. Leadership and management
development provide insight about the effective growth and fulfilment of goals and objectives in
