INTRODUCTION
Managing a business in a successful manner is prior responsibility that lies in the part of
the management of the organisation. To perform all the activities in the organisation in the best
effective way is said to be as managing a successful business. There are various activities that the
organisation has to perform as to accomplish success of the business. Management is to be done
at every stage of the firm's operations, the five functions of the management are to be carried out
very effectively so that the goals and the objectives can be attained (Achtenhagen, Melin and
Naldi., 2013). Austin Fraser is a human resource consultancy company who is willing to
introduce itself in the corporate social responsibility. CSR activity is the social responsibility that
the organisation has to fulfil for the welfare of the community. This work as a motivator and an
influencer for the organisation so as to do positive act for the customers and the people of the
society.

P1) Project’s aims and objectives
The organisation has the ultimate objective of the profit maximisation and the growth of
the firm in the market. Being a small business Austin Fraser has to first focus on the welfare of
the society so that it will get the help to sustain in the crucial market. The aim of the organisation
is to do several activities which can make the people of the society satisfied. The Corporate
Social Responsibility is one of such activity that focuses upon the society, culture, nature and the
factors of the economy. CSR helps the firm to be connected directly with the customers so that
their views and the ideas can be known by the firm. This will definitely help the organisation to
grow and innovate the required things of the customers in the services that is been provided by
them.
The aim and the objective of the the Corporate Social Responsibility in the organisation
is to operate all the functions of the different departments in the most effective, efficient and in
ethical manner (Aghaei Meibodi and Monavvarian., 2010). The result of this activity is availed
in the future not immediately. What all operations is done by the firm has to be beneficial and in
ethical manner, it should not hamper the environment as well as the culture of the society. Few
points are there which are involved in the CSR activity, they are as follow-

 The protection of the environmental activities and the development of nature as well as
the society.
 To maintain healthy relationship with the society and the customers whom the firm is
dealing with. The aims and objectives of the Corporate Social Responsibility are as follows- Share holder's profit making- Corporate social responsibility of the organisation helps
in making the maximum profit through the effective operations. The services provided by
the organisation to the customers will effectively result with the help of the CSR
activities. The share holders will able to get the high rates of the profit. Providing opportunities- Austin Fraser gets the opportunity of the expanding its
business. With its diversification in the market the people of the society also gets the job
opportunities. This will directly enhance the living of the people and will motivate them
to avail the services of the organisation (Barringer., 2012). This will help in the growth of
the firm and the profit. Maximising efficiency- The organisation with the guidance of the rules and the
responsibilities of the CSR activity will be able to maximise the efficiency of the
operations that is been carried out in the organisation. Reducing adverse effects- The organisation can be able to reduce the negative impact
that its operations are doing in the society. The firm is effectively able to perform its
actions concerning the customers and their values and cultures. The resources that are
required in the activities of the organisation are to be used in the effective manner with
out any kind of wastage. Controlling the wastage can also help in the cost cuttings and
will lead to successful business. Topic:- Austin Fraser have to implement the Corporate Social responsibility to attain the
sustainability in the market. Aims:- The organisation is having the aim to avail the effective and qualitative services to
the customers considering their wants and the desires.
 Objectives:-

 Business has to be expanded in various market.
