When the activity is completed on time, then it will get to know whether the plan is moving on right direction or not. There are different types of ways in which the progress can be measured. The best method for determining the project progress is establishment of checkpoint in which they different criteria has been set and this helps to measure quality of work progress.Work is reported by the individuals who are involved in the project. They have better understanding about it and they help in reporting the issuers or developments. In accordance with the components like background, constraints, project objective, etc. is to be measured with the help of analysis that is made of the place on which project needs to be developed.
