Project Description
This project is used to provide the project scheduling for Teesside PLC Company
because this company has won contract to work on a Major project. As a project manager,
need to need to analyse and develop the project planning schedule by uses the MS project.
Therefore, project manager team has identified the project activities their resources and
dependency needed to run the each activity. The project planning and scheduling is done by
using the Microsoft Project 2013. At last, we are use the Synchro Pro software to connecting
the project planning data with the provided the 3D CAD building model. These are will be
discussed and analysed in detail.
PART 1
In this part, we are providing the project scheduling for Teesside PLC Company by using
the MS Project 2013. These are discussed in below.
