2. Overview and significance of the study
The term leadership style refers to the method which provides direction and
motive consumers in the workplace that effectively improve the
performance of the companies. It is an effective approach that has the
potential to control and manage risk in an organization and also improve
the productivity of the business (Al Murawwi, et al., 2014). It is observed
that leadership style play a crucial character in the organizational
effectiveness and risk management and also reduce issues that impact on
the performance of employees. The quality of leadership in the employees
can identify the effectiveness of the risk management and in UAE more than
55% of government communities are using this approach for improving
performance and effectiveness. It is observed that leaders are able to
control and manage the performance of employees and also provide a
platform where companies can enhance their productivity. In Abu Dhabi,
there are numbers of an organization that linked with the government
authorities which also uses effective leadership styles in order to reduce
errors and issues from the workplace.
This paper mainly focuses on the impact of leadership style on risk
administration and structural enactment in the UAE and identifies the key
aspects of leadership style. Leadership style impact on the organizational
effectiveness in an effective manner and governments of UAE are able to
manage risks and issues by using reliable leadership styles and theories.
According to the federal authority of the UAE, leadership style is an
effective process that can be used in the companies for improving the

overall performance of employees and services (Harhara, Singh, and
Hussain, 2015). The FAHR is an example of a leadership approach which is
used by many government communities in UAE that mainly develop and
produce leadership skills in the employees and also motive consumers
towards their roles and responsibilities.
It is identified that leadership is an internal power of convincing the
consumers and improving the effectiveness of developed services and
products and leaders are able to generate a miracle in the organization
(Jabeen, Behery, and Abu Elanain, 2015). The Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan is
the best example of an effective leader that held office in UAE and provided
various key activities to the government of UAE. It is argued that the UAE is
a country where many consumers need the effective skills for improving
their performance and leadership is an appropriate strategy that can
control and manage the working performance of employees in the
organization. Mainly, leaders in UAE focus on the key factors that directly
impact on the performance and also provide a platform to manage risks and
threats associated with the organization. An effective leader has the
capability for monitoring the overall productivity of the organizations and
also handles the more complex situation in an effective manner.
The significance of this investigation is to assess the impacts of
management style on risk administration and organizational effectiveness.
In order to understand the importance of leadership style, a literature
review will be conducted that has the potential to provide effective
information (Jabeen, Cherian, and Pech, 2012). Moreover, the author will
include the opinions and viewpoints of other researchers in the literature
review. It is very important for the consumers to examine the importance of
leadership style and in UAE and Abu Dhabi, the use of leadership style is
growing very fast. More than 60% of government communities have
effective and reliable leadership styles along with the effective management
team that help them for controlling and managing risks factors.
