Proposed Business Processes for CC Music
According to the given case study scenario, Clive and Chris are looking for starting the music
agency with the use of a professional approach to increase the number of gigs a year. There are
various other bands who asked Clive and Chris if they will represent and promote them. CC
Music has been recommended for Integrating Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to offer quality music band services
to both other music agents and customers. The deployment of CRM and ERP systems will
automate the manual business processes of CC Music band such as payment process, music band
booking, music band marketing/promotion, update the calendar of events, etc. The proposed
