MAIN BODY TASK 1 Pestle analysis The term pestle analysis is referred as the strategical tool which can help the v company to analyse the different external forces and factors which can effect the business and the organisation directly, indirectly. The pestle analysis is is opted by various companies so that they can evaluate the outside scenario so as to work effectively and efficiently. This analysis can guide the business in having various decisions and strategies which can be beneficial(Alanzi 2018).This analysis also helps to determine the framework of various micro environment factors. The pestle analysis consists of various factors, The Drax 360 company trades in a comparatively traditional industry. Its core product has been the creating from raw materials, installation and servicing of electro-mechanical fire alarms to commercial premises, primarily in the UK. It employs around 250 people. The changes in the micro environment factors can effect the company and other players in the utility. The Pestle analysis of the company is given below Technological factor The technology is growing and upgrading at a fast phase nowadays. There are a lot of business and organisations who are using upgraded version of software technologies so that they can stay dynamic in the long run and can perform effectively and efficiently. The Drax 360 has opted various technological developments which has helped the company to increase their functional ability by improving the technologies. The Drax 360 has also improved the value chain structure and other terms which has effected the company in a positive way, as the people are being more techno- friendly so it is more effective for the business and the organisation to increase their technical efficiency. Economical factor The economical factors are related with the factors such as, inflation rate, savings rate, interest rate, foreign exchange rate and various other components which can effect the total demand and total investment in an economy. The various micro encvironment factors such as competition norms can also impact the copetitive advantages of ther firm. The economic factors are considered as the most important factor of the Pestle analysis which should be considered by the business and the organisation so as to get success and also to gain the various benefits in the market. The Drax 360 company can use the economic factors of the company such as, inflation rate, exchange rate and other policies related to the price and also the economic indicators which can help the company to
measure the growth rate and the consumer spending etc(Clancy 2018). to forecast the growth and various other economic factors which can effect the business and the organisation. TASK 2 Innovator Archetypes The term innovation is referred as the new ideas and implementation of those creative and effective ideas into the workplace as well as the various areas so that the thinking capacity and new ideas can be developed more, so as to increase the efficiency within the business and the organisation. The term innovation is considered as an important term which can be used by the business and the organisations so that they can promote the dynamic nature and can increase their functional ability. The Drax 360 is a company who was using the traditional methods of work and functions which are based on 20 year old platform. The directors of the company has also decided to change the technological approach and should also focus on the company from being just a hardware, software, reseller, panel installer so as to take the advantage of various things such as that can also help the company to develop the product portfolio which is based upon the collection of data(King and Boxall 2019). The board is also focusing on the better data management system so that they can increase the efficiency of the company. The business is also using the integrated data management and analysis capability in the company is also increased as the springboard for future innovations and growth and for the regaining of the lost market share of the company. Performer Archetypes The Performer Archetype is referred as the playful, funny and attention-driven people who makes the working environment better and also help the business to make good bonds with each other. They are using wittiness in almost any situations and attract innovational and vocal people. The mock group meeting with jokes and sarcasm can often expose real problems and challenges while making fun of them at the same time(Lee 2021). The Drax company should make sure that the working environment of the company should be well focused towards the work and the functions so that they can perform their tasks effectively and efficiently by increasing the productivity. The Performer Archetypes can also help to build the good atmosphere in the business and the organisation which can lead to the stress free environment and working conditions which can be helpful to increase the level of working in team and in groups. The HR department is considered as the most important department of the business and the organisation which promote the effective working of the organisation including various areas such as, Recruitment and selection, staffing, directing and maintaining the relationship with the employers and the workers so that the working environment can be improved. Staffing will a key role in the Drax 360 as it can be helpful in various ways such as, Identifying the talent, as it is referred as the most important term in the staffing which can be helpful in identifying the best potential candidate fir the vacant position of the company. The development of talent is al;so a relevant term which is used by the company so as to make the performance of the employees better so that they can increase their efficiency and productivity of the individuals. The Term staffing is important for the business as it will help to increase the productivity and the higher performance. It will also promote the best and optimum utilisation of the resources, along with that it will also boost up the morale and confidence of the employees which can help them to increase the the satisfaction of the employees which will make them more efficient and productive enough towards the field of their work. As the Drax company is opting the new policies and technological improvements, it will also increase the approach of various individuals towards the vacant positions in the business and the organisation. The Drax' 360 company's HR should opt the effective staffing policies so that the company can move towards the direction of achieving the organisational goals in an effective and efficient manner along with increasing the skills and characteristics of the workers so that they can be at their level best towards performing the tasks and activities.
