Summary
This report describes the current performance of Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA)
organization which is a government organization. According to World Bank research, the UAE,
represented by DEWA, has the most limited time on the world to obtain electricity, with a
proportion of 18 days to achieve 100 percent in the time marker for Obtaining Electricity. With
its diverse projects, DEWA is transforming Dubai into a global Centre for clean energy, using
various problematic improvements, with a focus on extending the energy mix, as we try to work
on the personal happiness of all UAE residents. The listing of DEWA on the Dubai Financial
Market confirms the confidence of global financial supporters in the Dubai Government and its
associations, as well as the stable position DEWA has (Atout, 2016). The role will also
encourage inventiveness and development, as well as improve Dubai's position as a major
platform for global speculations and a big traveler goal; supporting the Dubai 2050 Urban Master
Plan, which aims to make Dubai the finest city in the world. The report briefly describes the

Introduction
A high-quality foundation plays an important role in the overall and economic development
process, stimulates new speculation, and makes residents, occupiers, and guests happier. The
UAE's high-level foundation has combined its position as a major global target for new direct

represented by DEWA, ranked #1 in Getting Electricity for the third consecutive year. The study

received a perfect score in all of the Getting Electricity criteria, including the methods required
to obtain a power association; the time required to complete each approach; the charges
associated with each measure; and the dependability and simplicity of taxation. DEWA is critical
to the UAE's global successes, thanks to citizens who are working hard to make DEWA a global
model for energy productivity and dependability, as well as providing a high-level framework
that contributes to Dubai being the smartest and most joyous city on the globe.
Current Performance of organization:
DEWA has achieved outstanding results in the specialized and monetary exhibition points, on
par with large global utilities. It has increased its income streams by driving initiatives in several
domains in the energy and water sectors, as demonstrated by the highest expectations of
reliability and efficacy. DEWA participates in a robust monetary presentation propelled by
interest in resources totaling over AED 250 billion (Shoaib, 2018). It has over 1,000,000
customers, and the number of new records is growing at a rate of about 9% each year. This is
done through a realistic strategy and a plan to transform Dubai into a Centre of excellence for
new ideas required to achieve net zero emissions and 100 percent clean energy by 2050. DEWA
has been successful in obtaining the assurance of big financial supporters to work on its major
projects, notably in sustainable and renewable energy using the Independent Power Producer
(IPP) model. DEWA has raised around $50 billion under this technique.
