enables students working in academic to highly restore talents and knowledge, leadership skills
and personality preferences on which people can gain new experiences. The online test is one of
the most important and innovative aspect where students, young minded people can enhance
their skills and program new working horizons through which concepts can be developed. Gallup
strength finder test overall enhances the research abilities, keen knowledge and program
technology usage with creative diversity skills which further aids in career development
(Czuchry, 2019). The test significantly addresses various weaknesses, strengths on which student

PART B
While performing this test I witnessed various changes in my research abilities,
leadership skills enhancement and further aids in keenly addressing the rational abilities which
are possessed in me. The test developed my current leadership skills, and future relativity of
effective services in my strengths which are adaptability of working environment with all
colleagues, include where i have acceptability of all team members. Other strengths which I
analyzed through test are ideation, positive learning aptitude which will enable be in gaining new

experiences further in my academic and professional careers. Determine new horizons of
learning with varied rational capabilities and working ethics, professionalism which will further
aid me in gaining strong records of experiences. The test also helped me in learning about my
weaknesses which are I do not posses high restorative nature while conducting projects , as I
faced challenge in problem solving aptitudes. Further I also found I lack competitive spirit and
empathy which are not only highly important perspectives an individual needs to have for
establishing long learning but it also works for gaining new experiences (Gerhardt, 2019). The
test has motivated me to work towards my weaknesses, leverage new potentialities by taking up
new opportunities and learning from my mentors at university. The test also build my horizons
and made me motivated to learn new skills, research better and functionally gather new insights
which helps to evolve in academic , professional lives. The Gallup strength finder test has made
me function better and restore energy on various scenarios where I will highly look forward to
function better, writing skills in assignments and projects have improved. The test have made me
determine keenly address new strengths, weaknesses in me which are highly rational to
potentially perform better and the technology usage which are highly important to seek creative
leadership skills (Hiemstra, Van Yperen and Timmerman, 2019).
