Introduction
The digitization of the business will help to increase the flexibility of the business.
The digitization of the business can be done through the implementation of the e-commerce
in the organization (Hasselbring & Steinacker, 2017). It has been seen that there are certain
advantages of using the e-commerce website for the business. The market segmentation can
be done in a proper way through the use of the e-commerce system.
In this context, it can be said that the use of digitization can turn the small business
farm to expand the business. One of such firm is a flower supplier farm in London run by a
group of local people. The activities and the business functionalities of this organization is
limited to the locality (Hoogveld & Koster, 2016). The name of the organization is Gardening
Beauty. The services provided by this organization includes parcelling the flowers according
to the orders. Sometime the organization also provides personalized and customized message
cards on the basis of the requirements of the client.
Gardening Beauty is thinking to expand the business outside the locality. The
organization is a well-known shop in the locality for providing good service. This reputation
will be able expand the business of the organization. However, it has been seen that for the
expansion of the business certain measures are needed to be taken (Gonçalves et al., 2016).
The organization, in this context, chose to adopt the e-commerce business technology for the
expansion of the business (Subramanian et al., 2017). It has been seen that the organization
does not have the existing e-commerce system. In this case certain technical and non-
technical modifications are needed to be made for the Gardening Beauty.
The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the relevance of the e-business strategy
for the Gardening Beauty. In this context, the main changes those are needed to be expected

in this context can be discussed in a proper way. Apart from that the planning of the
implementation is needed to be done so that it can be indicate the feasibility of the planning.
Moreover the benefits can be implemented through the use of the e-commerce business
system for Gardening Beauty.
Discussion
Gardening Beauty is a local flower supplier that supplies the customized flower to the
consumers. Apart from that the organization also provides customized messages along with
the flowers on the basis of the requirements of the client. There is no existing e-business
scheme in the organization (Kumar et al., 2016). However, for the implementation of the e-
commerce website for the organization, there is a need for certain implementations and
changes.
In this context, the main question regarding this implementation is regarding the advantages
and challenges of using the e-commerce system in Gardening Beauty (Zeng et al., 2017).
Apart from that there is a need to find out the relevance of using the e-commerce system in
this organization.
Research methodology
The research methodology will define the significance of the implemented system in
the organization. It has been seen that the implemented system in the organization is needed
to be relevant in the basis of the requirements of the organization (Wang, Wang &
Liu,2016). In order to do this the advantages and the disadvantages of the e-commerce system
in the business aspects for the Gardening Beauty.
The research methodology in this case is exploratory in nature. Justification for
choosing the exploratory research methodology is that it will be helpful to research in depth
of the research topic.
