INTRODUCTION
E-commerce business refer to the carrying out the operations of the business that is
buying and selling their products and services through internet. In other words it refers to the
commercial transaction where goods and services are placed electronically and are delivered in
electronic or tangible form (Aringhieri and Fragnelli, 2018). With the digitalised world the e-
commerce business is booming and thus, resulting in an effective way of offering products and
services to the consumers.
The report shows the legal, technical and security issue that are faced by the e-commerce
business. It also represents the different media channels thorough which customers can be
attracted. It also evaluates the befits of e-commerce business over traditional business.

issues would be resolved and implemented for the smooth running and performance of the
website. As it is important that these issues must be implemented and focussed for the successful
operation of the website so the business need to be very cautious towards this aspect.
Legal:
The legal issues are generally related with laws and regulations. These issues have a
severe important towards the operation of the website. This is because in order to run a website it
is important that there must be legal compliance (Chen, 2018). With regard to this website it is
important that the various acts and laws including the Consumer Right Act, Data protection Act,
Consumer protection Act and various other laws need to be complied. This is because with
respect to these laws the efficient operation of the website in terms of making a sale to its
customers would be possible. As this is a digital website which make sales of Bluetooth speakers
to customers so it involves a direct interaction with the customers which means it involves the
sharing of personal data which need to be protected and secured as per the compliance of the
Data Protection Act. This shows that its implementation need to be made compulsory for the
smooth operation of the business. Likewise, the website would also ensure that the Customer

customers regarding the product. Since this is a digital platform which made it necessary that the

businesses is that to divert traffic from their websites to others. Hackers change the
content of the websites.
 Malware, online frauds and viruses.- Hackers and fraudsters uses worms, trojan horses
etc. to infects the computers so that they can block data access, erase all data, hijack the
systems. This is affecting the e-commerce businesses on a major bases.

In the e-commerce business it is very important to secure your website because website is
the only way in which the business communicates to its consumers therefore securing and
protecting it is very important. So that the business can maintains it profitability and loyalty
(Santoso and Aristo, 2019). To protect the business from fraudster and hackers from hijacking
their websites there are various encryptions that can be used so that there be security of the
website and the data. Encryption such as PGP, symmetric and asymmetric key, cryptography
encryptions can be used in providing security to the e-commerce business. With the use of these
encryption it will help the company in protecting their privacy. It will also help them in
identifying the security threats and thefts. And importantly it will help in protecting and securing
their data and informations.
