INTRODUCTION
E-learning is delivery of learning and training through digital platforms with
varied range of resources formalised on aspects of competitive benchmarks.
It is provided through electronics devices such as computersdigital models
where smart training can be provided based on lecture content and
interactive elements in acaedmics. The report will be analysing advantages
and disadvantages of e- learning, how it impacts on student’s study
behaviour for keeping up with competent scale goals for best performance.
MAIN BODY
Advantages of E-learning.
The various aspects of advantages within E-learning can be analysed as follows based on
which in depth focus can be developed for further stable new competent diversity growth : Efficiency- E-learning increases efficiency of teachers as well students because in the online
classes teachers and students need not go for school or to institutions. It will help I students
in attending lectures from any place, which reduces time and utilization for more effective
learning. It will also lead in saving energy, by the E-learning process students are avoiding
travelling which saves efforts and creates better stability in further academics performances.
E-learning enhances confidence level among students to learn about new subjects through
various digital platforms, which boosts morale factor and also ideally brings on creative
diversity. Good for revisions-Unlike traditional teaching method, where student need to make fast
notes and some times they can not match the speed of teacher which makes work
incomplete. But in online classes there is no need to write down notes specifically, as
student can make video recording , for purpose of notes preparation and to avail facilities by
revising lecture in future (Rakic and et.al, 2020). So with the help of e-learning, value of the
lecture will become more relevant in contest of revision and notes making. Access form anywhere-In the offline classes where some students may miss classes just
because of travelling and important lecture, but in case of online classes anyone can attend
