The tutors ofthebusinessmanagementdegreeexpecta professionalbehaviourbecausethedegreeof businessmanagementpossessasenseof professionalism in the students. As the cultural behaviour is discussed in the module, there are As I want to be a hospitality manager in the future, the learning experience about the cultural and behavioural expectations helped me in developing professionalism. I developed various skills that are important for managing the tasks and daily operations in the hospitality sector. The professional conduct will help in developing the way of interactions and behaviour with the colleagues and workers in the organization. I learned about the code of conduct of professionals that should be followed to avoid any mismanagement and bad impression. With the help of cultural expectation, I had developed efficient time management skills thus this will I will practice the skill of professionalism by expressing gratitude and ensuring courtesy towards the employees and the colleagues in the organization. I will ensure that all the tasks and projects are timely completed before the deadlines to avoid disappointments by the customers. I learnt communication skills thus I will help me in easily interacting with the colleagues, stakeholders, investors or the contractors and ensuring positive attitude towards the organization (Jensvoll, and Lekang, 2018). With the help of communication skills, I can easily deliver presentations and conduct programmes with the investors and the other companies thus improving the image of the reputation. Being a student of degree of business management, it is necessary for 2

It is expected by the learners to avoid plagiarism while conducting projects or activities as it might lead to serious consequences of the students in the university.Inthemodule,therearecertain expectation such as students are supposed to put their mobile phones off or on vibrate, attending all the lectures and the activities conducted by the professors,beontime,avoidconflictsand mismanagement in the classrooms, and so on. These are behavioural and cultural expectation that I learned from the module and also while studying the degree of business management. It is necessary to develop the cultural and behavioural norms because it helps in maintaining a good help me in completing the tasks on time and being a hospitality manager, it is necessary to attend and manage the guest and their requirements timely to avoid bad reputation of the organization. The expectation to avoid plagiarism and apply new ideas and skills helped me in developing new ways of welcoming and attending the guests, it made me work on developing new marketing strategies to promote and advertise. me to possess the management skills in order to manage operations and activities of the organization. Peer-to-peer learning makes it easier for me to learn because learning is easier with the peers because they share experiences of each other at the same level. I learned that peer to peer learninghelpedmeinbuildingstrong connections with the teammates (Davis, and Shonhiwa, 2019). It develops the ability of cooperative learning in me as I worked with the peer with different and unique abilities and it helped me in learning new and varied things. In this learning environment, it made it easier formetoachievehighergradesand Fromthis learning experience, I learned how team work and peer to peer learning makes it easier for the individual to learn new skills and abilities. The ability to socialize with people of different cultures and viewpoint, I learned while working in teams and groups. This will help in creating new bonds and contracts with the people and the organisation easily (Lacerenza, and et.al., 2018). The peer-to- peer learning will help in easing out the way of guiding and assisting the people in the organisation. As I Want to be the hospitality manger, it is essential for mw to learn the skills of team works and peer to peer learning, because it will help me in attending the guests, guiding the workers at the hotels and various activities. The peer to peer learning will help me in learning different ways of conducting services and I will practise the skills I developed while working in teams and with the peers by maintaining good relations with the colleagues and the staff at the organization. It developed the sense of understanding the opinions, views and emotions of the human resources in the organization. I learned many leadership styles and approaches to guide and assist the colleagues and employees by working with the classmates in teams and groups. Peer-to- peer learning helped me in developing new skills form the experiences of the others thus this will help me to improve my skills from the experiences and conduct of the activities by the senior management. Weaknesses Being a student, one of the major weakness I face is procrastination this leads to incomplete and delayed tasks. As I am always eager to learn new things but I have the lack of focus this diverts me from learning an adapting new skills and abilities. I had a fear of failure which reduces my capability of performing well and achieve better results. Opportunity I have the opportunity to learn many other courses from the internship programs and video lectures. I have the opportunity to work in teams and groups with the seniors, this will enhance my learning experience. I have an opportunity to show my talents and skills by leading and guiding the teams. Threats Limited scope and career options in the chosen field is one of the threat that I am facing. Lack of confidence is the threat for me to appear in the competitive exams and achieve higher results. The intelligent and studious students are a threat that might cause failure because of lack higher demotivating factor. 6
