increased my knowledge and awareness about the
expectation of culture and behaviour in deep

degree, I decided to do various projects worth big
firms. Because with help of doing project with big
entities I am able achieve whole knowledge I am
able to understand the behaviour between lower,
middle and top level employees. In this way I
have deep understanding about the management
regarding behaviour and culture. Study of culture
and behaviour also assist me to know that in
which way the activities of business works. Before

experience which includes Gibb's reflective cycle
covering six steps of learning. With help of
effective understanding of culture and behaviour I
am able to maintain with my seniors in long term.
In this way I am able to complete the task in time.
With help of good behaviour, I am able to
understand the needs of my seniors quickly in
organization. At the time of studying degree, I
also understand that various types of skills are
highly important for me for keeping positive
relationship with seniors and audience in long
term those are public speaking, marketing and
others. As a management student it is required to
be attentive and formal in their premises. As a part
of management student I expected to manage the
time effectively and also developing my skills to
stand there. I have the understanding of behaviour
and culture but not having entire knowledge which
enhance my academic and career
performance effectively.

understand that I can neglect due
