Prior to being involved
in this module I have
very little knowledge
about the behaviour
expectations in the
university and higher
education; however, I
have come to
understand what
culture is and how it
may influence the
behaviour of students
in their academic lives.
This will be helpful for
attaining growth of my
cultural knowledge
and will positively
influence my
performance in
academics and
professional growth
(Cohen and Jody,

general manager in

business, I would
