During the time of conducting various course I
increased my knowledge and awareness about the
expectation of culture and behaviour in deep
manner. Due to the deep understanding of culture
I understand that the behaviour of the students is
totally changed. During the time of studying
degree, I decided to do various projects worth big
firms. Because with help of doing project with big
entities I am able achieve whole knowledge I am
able to understand the behaviour between lower,
middle and top level employees. In this way I
have deep understanding about the management
regarding behaviour and culture. Study of culture
and behaviour also assist me to know that in
which way the activities of business works. Before
the final selection of course I analysed the
behaviour and culture and culture surrounds
around learning through achieving experience but

significance of recording and thinking of
experience which includes Gibb's reflective cycle
covering six steps of learning. With help of
effective understanding of culture and behaviour I
am able to maintain with my seniors in long term.

understand the needs of my seniors quickly in

also understand that various types of skills are
highly important for me for keeping positive
relationship with seniors and audience in long

learning. Earlier I decide to take the support from

with help of this course. It assists me to learn the
concept of peer-to-peer and team learning
working. From the support of others this strategy

Strength
According to my case my biggest
strength is strong communication
which is highly important to
communicate with others. In addition
to this I also have the quality of
innovation and creativity. With help
of these skills I easily used the
resources in optimized manner. In
my opinion I am very flexible and
due to this I am able to aadopt the
various changes according to the
situation.
Weaknesses
According to me my major weakness is
overconfidence and due to this I always suffer loss
at higher rate. Due to this overconfidence my
productivity or performance are highly decreased
in my work. Sometimes due to overconfidence I
am not able to handle the complicated task easily
which leads to raise conflict between team
