INTRODUCTION
Management and leadership is the key factor that plays a huge role In business also these
persons have the ability of leading a team effectively also it assist in managing other
departments of the company (Bavik, 2019.) . Also they are responsible for making an innovative
working with In the company. Leadership is the quality that is in the person who manages a
team of more than 4 persons also they understand the needs and wants to their team member
make them comfortable with the company and its operations. In this report will cover the
reflection on leadership and management and what quality individual have improved with the
help of these leadership theories.

study models-
Theories of the leadership models and also assist in the managing the team in an effective
manner also I have develop many skills and abilities that makes me more valued in the company
and also I have improve various abilities or capability that makes me able to build a
relationship among the employees and members also they can feel working with in the team.
There are some theories that assist in making an effective ability. This theory assist me in
developing technical skills and management skills. It is crucial to note that specially in the early
skills the terms self leadership and self management were often utilize interlinking. I feel
confident regarding my abilities and how I need to deal with people with various personality
having very varied thinking and how I can come to a basic solution of any problem.
These improve skills are beneficial for me in future also I had improved my ability of
communicating with teams and assigning them the duties according to their skills and abilities.
I also have seen the that in this also there is needed the technical skills so that I can records the
details of them also I have develop the skills of learning advance technical skills that makes my
work more smart and advance. Transformational theory of leaders hardly actuated by their
ability to present their multitude the importance of the assignment and the huge good consisting
in performing it. These skills are not only concentrated on the squad operations but also provided
individual team units the needed force to reach team members possibility. These leading theories
will help me to sharp mine Skill. This is one of the previous leadership models and is according

on the observations that leading is an congenital process and that mentors are skilled rather than
created . on the basis pf this theory, a mentor able of lead has the individual skills traits of a
leader — appeal, assurance, intelligence, communicating skills, and social group aptitude —
from day they were born, which set them apart (Hallinger, and Kovačević, 2022.). This model
implies leadership as a skills that I either feature or it something that I can learn. For
accomplishing goals on time I have settled the deadlines and teach all of them to finish the
task on deadlines so that they can learn time management skills. I personally have gained a
personal skills that will make me more comfortable in managing a team and other
departments.
Improve and plan a scope of mangement and leadership improvement activities specifiaclly and
as a particulars of a units.-
Whether management a novitiate team leader or an intimate manager, processing team is a
crucial factors of management operations. Also it is does not just apply to new employees.
Individuals and units needed training and assist end-to-end their careers in order to grow their
abilities and continue to operate effectively. They may fill the positions of recruiter, trainer, and
team leader if they operate in a small or intermediate-sized company (Marques, and Gomes, 2020)
. The materials in this post can assist in achieving full potential in each of these roles. If they
work for a large firm, there team's growth will most likely be provided by the Human Resources
or Acquisition and Improvement go away. There team is great. It operates at the highest level. If
there team units are not utilized to having their performance measure and developed in this way,
they may view it as a negative judgment of their competency. Collecting circumstantial content
about what they need to be successful in their roles will help them to feel positive about
improving management . It's deserving bearing in mind that many performance gaps must be
closed with good abstraction instead than with a preparation events . Manager can coach there
team members by having confidential and relaxed face to face communication with them.
Having these conversations regularly will help their to determine and deal with a range of issues
effectively, from helping people achieve their goals to addressing performance issues(Ahmed,
2018)

Before manager select an effort, they need build out what there team's major problems are. This
will ensure that the event is more than just a good day away from the office. If they have
searched that there groups have a deficiency of human action has outcome in mistakes or missed
deadlines, for example, they might want to choose exercises that strengthen fundamental
connection skills like listening, empathy, and wording. To get the finest results for workers, they
need to manage the process efficiently when delegating. Hand over a task with care, and assist
the team member who judge it in completing it by providing assistance and guidance. For
instance, their team members may be unwilling to take on additional obligation.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from above report that leadership and management is the technique that makes
an effective functioning and it makes the activity. These are are skills and it is important for
company to have a leaders and directors so that work cam be done systematically also it is
crucial to be in management. It teaches the teams to act work in an effective manners and also
they have a ability to make an accheiviable company.
