I anticipated that by
attending this
session, I would have

culture. While taking
this module, I gained
a thorough
understanding of the

as well as the
abilities required in

my behaviour as a result
of attending this module
and the course. I also
gained knowledge about

and their value as a
result of attending this
module and the course.
It made me more

learnt in this

Through all of this
learning, I obtained a

procedures and
strategies that must
be used in all
management and
working processes. I
determined that
culture is required in
order to investigate
and identify all
business practises. I
learned about
competency
regulation and all of
the necessary
monitoring while
working as an
effective practitioner.
While analysing all
of the cultural and
behavioural
approaches, I realise
that they will be
beneficial to me for
being an effective
manager in the
future, as it has
provided me with
important skills such
as decision-making
and the adaptive
abilities that I use to
improve my
management and
effectiveness. It was
also realised that I am
now more efficient and
prepared for all future
goals and targets, and
that I can solve
problems effectively
using all of the tactics I
learnt in the module.
This prompted me to
plan ahead for all of my
professional interactions
and behaviours. This
will help me manage
and work more
successfully toward the
goals and collaborative
approach in the future.
