– Such items could be put on bulletin board of the school or should be distributed to the
parents.

o Overview- It contains information about the effective sleep and the rest strategies for
ensuring a child to feel secure and safe.
o How the item could be used in your service by educators and/or parents and/or
children-The guidelines can be followed by the day care centers and should also be
conveyed to the parents to ensure wellbeing of children.
